This website, aktualdesigns.com, belongs to Aktual Design LLC, an interior design, sculptural art and custom fabrication studio based in Miami, Florida, led by artist and designer Adrian Castro. By using the site you accept these terms. How we handle your information is explained in our privacy policy.
Ownership of the content
The photographs, videos, renders, designs, sketches and texts on this site are works and property of Aktual Design LLC and Adrian Castro, unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without written permission. The name and logo of Aktual Design identify our studio and may not be used without permission. You are welcome to share links to the pages of the site.
Finished works and conceptual proposals
On the site we always distinguish finished works (real photographs and videos) from conceptual proposals (renders and generated videos), which are labeled as such. A conceptual proposal shows an idea, not a built project.
Inquiries and proposals
Sending an inquiry through the form, by email or on WhatsApp does not create any commitment for you or for us. The scope, timeline and conditions of each project are agreed in writing in a proposal or contract made for that project, which is what governs the commission. The descriptions and images on the site show our work; they are not an offer.
Use of the site
Please use the site and the form in good faith: don’t send false information or content unrelated to a real inquiry, and don’t try to interfere with how the site works. We may choose not to reply to abusive requests or spam.
Links to other services
The site links to WhatsApp and Instagram. We are not responsible for the content or the terms of those services.
Limitation of liability
We try to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or omissions. The site is offered as is, with no guarantee that it will always be available. To the extent the law allows, Aktual Design LLC is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or from being unable to use it.
